"A Taste of Game" Evening with BASC

We welcome back Derek Williams of BASC to offer you a 'Taste of Game' evening at the end of the game season.  

Head Chef John Williams will create a delicious four-course tasting menu where 'game' is the star ingredient, but carefully designed for the 'converted' and the 'non-converted' game gourmet.

Enjoy a glass of Champagne and canapés on arrival at 7.30pm before your introduction to the best of local game, with selected wines to accompany.  Price per person £72.50.
