You may have been looking for packages, but a wedding held at Bodysgallen is tailored to your individual requirements and wishes and you can be assured that you and your guests will be looked after with award-winning food, excellent wines and a discreet and professional service so you can relax and enjoy the day.
Our Facility Fee includes printing of menus, place cards, cake stand and knife, and room hire of the Upper Wynn Room for the Ceremony, hire of the main Dining Room (minimum 30 guests, maximum 50 guests), or the South Dining Room (minimum 10 guests, maximum 40 guests) for the Reception/Wedding Breakfast.
Reception and Wedding Breakfast - The facility fee for the Main Dining Room is from £600 in Summer and £450 in Winter; for the South Dining Room from £490 in Summer and £350 in Winter.
Ceremony, Reception and Wedding Breakfast – The facility fee for the Main Dining Room is from £795 in Summer and £530 in Winter; for the South Dining Room from £600 in Summer and £390 in Winter.
All prices include service and VAT. Summer: May - September; Winter: October - April
Marquee for EXCLUSIVE USE - A marquee may be erected for larger, exclusive use Weddings (at an additional cost). Bodysgallen Hall can accommodate and service a marquee with capacity to hold 180 guests.
