Spa Members and Day Guests may book spa treatments online or by phone on 01492 562500. Spa treatments booked do not include use of the Spa unless otherwise stated.

Make the most of your visit to Bodysgallen Spa
Located just a short walk from the hotel, with its own car park close by, the Spa houses a large indoor swimming pool with spa bath, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, six spa treatment rooms, Club Room and a relaxation room.
A range of beauty and well-being treatments are available, using products by Aromatherapy Associates, Environ and Mii Nails and CACI.
The gymnasium is well equipped with the latest cardio-vascular equipment and a Power Plate, suitable for all ranges of fitness, is air-conditioned and overlooks the pool. A qualified Personal Trainer is available to tailor a programme to improve your fitness levels.
The Spa Club Room and sun terrace with views towards the ruins of Deganwy Castle, is open daily to both hotel guests and day guests, where you can enjoy a variety of light refreshments, beverages and snacks.
Bodysgallen Spa swimming times for hotel guests' children aged 8 to 16 years are between 10am-11am and 4pm-5pm every day.
Sun worshippers will find a secluded sun garden next to the pool where they may sunbathe.
There is also a croquet lawn in the hotel grounds and several golf courses in the vicinity of the hotel.
