Our menu is priced at £36.90 per person, choosing a set menu of first course, main course, pudding and coffee

 

FIRST COURSES

Roasted red pepper soup, smoked paprika mascarpone (v)

Celeriac and celery velouté with truffle cream and toast (v)

Peppered fillet of mackerel and pickled beetroot horseradish cream

Traditional gravlax with black pepper crème fraiche and herb blini

Pave of salmon with spring onion risotto and saffron cream

Chicken and wild mushroom terrine, tarragon mayonnaise and toasted brioche

Pressing of confit duck with port fig puree, sour cream and pea shoots

Red wine cured duck breast, beetroot carpaccio and compressed celery

Honey roasted vegetable tian with hazelnut crumble and mustard butter sauce (v)

Tortellini of butternut squash served with toasted pine nuts and a sage and onion puree (v)

Risotto of pearl barley, roasted celeriac, parsnips crisps and whipped parmesan (v)

Herb crumbed fillet of salmon with confit lemon crushed

potatoes and a chive crème fraiche

Salt roasted cod fillet, pea and parmesan risotto and mint butter sauce

Traditional roast rib of Welsh beef, Yorkshire pudding and a red wine sauce

Poached fillet of hake, carrot and vanilla puree olive oil mash

Seared breast of chicken creamed wild mushrooms smoked bacon and braised gems
