The Health & Fitness Spa
The Spa at Bodysgallen Hall
The Bodysgallen Spa was created in a restored stone built farmhouse, and has been designed to offer residential guests and Spa members the most up to date health and leisure facilities.

Swimming Pool Area
The Spa is approached from the hotel by a short walk through the garden or by a private road leading to the Spa car park. The centrepiece of the Spa is the spacious swimming pool (50' x 24' x 4'6" deep) lined with blue mosaic tiles. There is a bubbling spa bath, steam room and sauna. The edge of the pool is lined with comfortable reclining chairs. For warm summer days, there is a secluded south facing terrace where guests can sunbathe. There is also a croquet lawn and several golf courses near the vicinity of the hotel.
Gymnasium
The large gymnasium has the very latest in technologically advanced equipment suitable for all ranges of fitness, from beginner to athlete. Fully trained staff are always on hand to give advice on using the equipment and Club membership includes a fitness assessment and personalised exercise programme. The gymnasium is equipped with seated chest press, seated row and high-low seated pulley. There is a Schwinn Air-dyne exercise bicycle, a programmable stepper, a combination leg extension/curl, per deck, a total hip machine, treadmill, recumbent bike, and a selection of lighter free weights, together with the revolutionary “Power Plate”.
Club Room and Spa BarThe comfortable Club Room is a place where guests and members can relax, read newspapers and enjoy drinks and light meals, which in the summer are also served on the terrace. The Club Room is there for you to enjoy continental breakfast (until 11.30am each day), morning coffee, light lunches and afternoon teas, and is licensed with a selection of alcoholic drinks.
Beauty Therapy Rooms
There are five beauty and holistic therapy salons staffed by qualified therapists providing treatments using DECLEOR, CACI, Jessica, and Xen-Tan products. The Spa is open to resident guests and Club members, and beauty treatments are available for non-residents.
Changing Rooms and Showers
There are separate changing rooms and showers for ladies and gentlemen, and towels are available from the Spa reception desk. Guests are asked not to take towels or bathrobes from the bedrooms, as robes are available to hire at the Spa reception desk. Swimsuits are available for purchase and hire.
