Our Typical Daily Luncheon Menu, Wednesday to Saturday - Weekly Luncheon Menu 2016 

Two course luncheon £21.00 or Three course luncheon £25.00

Roasted tomato soup with pesto and Welsh yoghurt (v)

Grilled fillet of mackerel, carb fritter, wasabi

Ham hock terrine, piccalilli flavours, homemade brioche

Salad of Heritage beetroot with whipped horseradish cream (v)


Seared fillet of salmon with ginger and chive,
confit potatoes, wilted greens

Slow cooked lamb, red wine sauce, wholegrain mustard creamed potatoes

Poached and grilled breast of chicken, with lentil, tarragon and wild mushroom butter sauce

Goat's cheese fritters, roasted onion puree, Heritage beetroot, baby onions (v)


Caramelised Estate pear, chocolate and gingerbread ice cream

Butternut squash parfait, autumn fruit sorbet

A selection or choice of ice creams and sorbets (v)
