Our Typical Daily Luncheon Menu, Wednesday to Saturday
Two course luncheon £21.00 or Three course luncheon £25.00
Leek and mustard veloute, black pepper and creme fraiche (v)
Fillet of smoked salmon, compressed cucumber, wasabi mayonnaise
Guinea fowl terrine, prune puree and toasted brioche
Whipped goat's cheese with beetroot textures (v)
Grilled fillet of Welsh bass, barbeque aubergine,
fennel and fine bean salad, tomato butter
Poached breast of chicken, wild mushroom risotto, truffle foam
Slow cooked Welsh lamb, tarragon creamed potato, red wine jus
