Luncheon is served in The Dining Room in the Main Hall on Tuesday to Sunday - 12.30pm to 1.45pm
Our fine-dining restaurant is not open on a Monday for luncheon and dinner

Two course luncheon £19.50 or Three course luncheon £23.00
Green pea soup with minted crème fraiche (v)
Warm salad of red mullet, citrus fruits, coriander dressing
Seared fillet of smoked salmon, marinated fennel, gazpacho reduction
Terrine of smoked chicken, baby leeks, sticky red onions and toasted brioche
Cod fillet with smoked bacon brandade, Conwy mussels, grain mustard
Rump of Welsh lamb, tarragon creamed potato, sauté morels, British asparagus
Butter poached chicken breast, spring pea cassoulet
Bodysgallen wild garlic, parmesan gnocci, Broad bean and Spring vegetable risotto (v)
