The Upper Wynn meeting room lends itself to boardroom or less formal style meetings for up to 50 people, is self-contained, with AV facilities, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and the added bonus of natural daylight. It is also a room that can be transformed into a perfect reception venue for entertaining.
The 17th century Drawing Room on the first floor of the main hall is a perfect choice for receptions, offering an intimate setting for up to 50 people.
Dining in the hotel’s 3 AA Rosette award-winning restaurant makes for a memorable occasion, with menus designed by our Head Chef, John Williams. John uses fresh garden produce from the Bodysgallen estate and locally sourced produce wherever possible.
Exclusive use includes the 31 extremely comfortable bedrooms, cottages and suites, and maximum flexibility for dining, entertainment and activities, and is available on a 24 hour tariff. A minimum spend per 24 hours on food and beverage is also required. Use of the Spa is included, but not exclusively. The Wynn Rooms can be included at an additional cost. There is a marquee area that can be used, and we can suggest a marquee company or you can chose to work with your own contact. The cost of the marquee would be in addition to the facility fee. Bodysgallen Hall can accommodate a marquee with capacity to hold 150 guests.
