Bodysgallen Hall's dining menus are in a constant state of evolution contingent on the season and availability of local game and produce. Awarded 3 Rosettes from the AA for food, and regardless of the time of year, you can expect a gourmet experience in our dining room during your stay.

DINNER BILL OF FARE

Traditional smoked salmon shallot rings, radish and lemon

 

Tian of Aberdaron crab, brown crab puree, watercress and tomato

 

Poached ballontine of rabbit, crisp leg, apricot puree, seeded granola and celery cress

                                                               

Slow cooked pork belly, burnt onion powder, sour apple puree and crackling

 

Blue cheese gnocchi, broccoli puree, charred broccoli, pickled girolles, truffle powder (v)

 

Compression of confit duck, fig and vanilla puree, quince and chestnuts

Whenever possible the Chef will be pleased to offer alternatives

to the dishes shown here for guests staying for a longer visit,

or who prefer a different style of cooking.

(A non-refundable food allowance of £43.00 per person is included in all dinner, bed and breakfast breaks)

Smart please, although jacket and tie are not obligatory; T-shirts, trainers, tracksuits and shorts ARE NOT acceptable.

 

Special Diets and Allergies – Whilst we will do our best to cater for our

guests’ specific requests, we cannot guarantee that conformity

will be 100%, or accept responsibility for any unintended deficiency

or resultant reaction or illness, unless caused by our negligence.
