Bodysgallen Hall's dining menus are in a constant state of evolution contingent on the season and availability of local game and produce. Awarded 3 Rosettes from the AA for food, and regardless of the time of year, you can expect a gourmet experience in our dining room during your stay.

Aberdaron Crab, parsnip brittle, truffle powder and chestnut puree

 

Quail two ways, seared breasts, leg fritter, curried granola, sweet and sour squash

                                                           

Oakwood Farm Park pork belly, burnt onion powder, sour apple puree and crackling

 

Traditional smoked salmon, horseradish cream, shallot rings and lemon

Grilled fillet steak is available upon request - £7.50 supplement

Smart please, although jacket and tie are not obligatory;

T-shirts, trainers, tracksuits and shorts ARE NOT acceptable.

will be 100%, or accept responsibility for any unintended deficiency

or resultant reaction or illness, unless caused by our negligence.
