Cookery Demonstrations for 2014

Head Chef, Michael Cheetham continues his popular cookery master classes in 2014 with the following dates:

Saturday 12th April - 'Made in Wales'

We are privileged to have an abundance of delicious produce to use in our kitchen from in and around Wales, and we would love to share known and some less known items with you at this demonstration.  £42.50

Included in the above demonstrations is morning coffee served on arrival at 11.00am prompt, followed by the demonstration in the Wynn Rooms.  Afterwards enjoy a glass of champagne and a two-course luncheon in the South Dining Room in the Main Hall.
