Spa Policy
FOR SPA RESERVATION
A reservation for treatments made directly with the Spa constitutes a contract between clients and the Bodysgallen Spa. A 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment, or if there is non-attendance at the time of the reserved treatment. If treatment reservations are made directly with the Spa independent of bedroom reservations, cancellations should be through the Spa Reception.
Residential Guests
Residential guests have full use of the indoor swimming pool, whirlpool spa bath, steam room sauna, gymnasium and Club Room. The gym and pool close 30mins before the Club closing time. Hotel guests may bring up to two guests at an additional charge per guest per visit.
Children
Children of residents between the ages of 8 and 16 may use the Spa between the hours of 9 to 10 am and 4pm to 5pm when accompanied with an adult. Members' children between the ages of 8 and 16 may use the Spa on Sundays between the hours of 9 am to 12 noon, when accompanied by an adult.
