Gareth Jones cooks up a storm at Bodysgallen Hall & Spa!


Bodysgallen Hall & Spa welcomes a talented new Head Chef, Gareth Jones.


Having been with the fabulous Michelin starred Chester Grosvenor Hotel, Gareth now moves onto pastures new and brings his imaginative style and classic techniques to beautiful Bodysgallen Hall & Spa.


The Dining Room at Bodysgallen already has an acclaimed reputation for its cuisine and the Hotel is certain that Gareth will maintain and build on the high standard of their three double AA Rosette cooking.


Bodysgallen Hall & Spa stands in over 200 acres of its own parkland in the south of Llandudno, and enjoys spectacular views of Conwy Castle and Snowdonia. Guests can enjoy the lovingly prepared and imaginative cookery in either of the two stunning dining rooms, and stay in any of the 19 beautifully and individually decorated bedrooms.
