CHRISTMAS HOUSE PARTY 2010

Come to Bodysgallen for a traditional Christmas with a Welsh flavour and stay in beautiful surroundings with plenty of time to explore the countryside or relax in a quiet corner of the hotel. Arrive on Christmas Eve for a champagne reception in the evening prior to dinner. Transport can be arranged if you wish to attend Midnight Mass and you will be welcomed with port and mince pies upon your return.

On Christmas Day traditional lunch will be served, and in the evening there will be a light buffet supper. On Boxing Day you can swim in the pool or be pampered in the Spa, go for a drive or just relax in the hotel. There will be a champagne farewell reception in the evening with music from a Welsh harp, followed by a gala dinner (black tie optional).

£915 per person to include all of the above mentioned,

for three nights from the 24th December 2010

£145 per person per night dinner, bed and breakfast

for any additional nights stay.

£100 supplement per night for a double room for single occupancy.

The above rates are per room per night, and include accommodation, full afternoon tea, champagne reception, and a five-course dinner (black tie optional) with selected wines on New Year's Eve, and Brunch on New Year's Day. Dinner is also included on any additional nights stay, together with cooked breakfast the following morning. Rates also include full use of The Spa at Bodysgallen Hall, service and VAT.

Terms And Conditions Of Booking at Christmas and New Year

We welcome children over the age of 6 in the hotel, and over the age of 8 at the Spa at set swimming times.

We take dogs only in some of cottage suite sitting rooms at Bodysgallen Hall, by prior arrangement only. Damage caused by dogs will be charged for.

A separate bill for extras such as bar drinks, wine and telephone calls will be presented on departure.

Bookings for New Year's Eve are for a maximum party size of eight guests.

Written confirmation and a deposit of £300 per person for Christmas and £200 per person for New Year's Eve is required to secure a reservation. Deposits cannot be refunded for accommodation cancelled after 1st September, and a full charge is liable for a cancellation after 1st December. We would advise insurance against loss of deposit due to illness. Deposits must be received by 1st August 2010 for bookings carried over from Christmas/New Year 2009. If not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel any provisonal reservation.
