The Bodysgallen Spa was created in a restored stone built farmhouse, and has been designed to offer residential guests and Spa members the most up to date health and leisure facilities.

The centrepeice of the Spa is the spacious swimming pool (50' x 24' x 4'6" deep) lined with blue mosaic tiles. There is a bubbling spa bath, steam room, and sauna. The edge of the pool is lined with comfortable reclining chairs. For warm summer days there is a secluded south facing terrace where guests can sunbathe. There is also a croquet lawn and several golf courses near the vicinity of the hotel.

The large gymnasium has the very latest in technologically advanced equipment suitable for all ranges of fitness, from beginner to athlete. Fully trained staff are always on hand to give advice on using the equipment and Club membership includes a fitness assessment and personalised exercise programme.

The comfortable Club Room is a place where guests and members can relax, read newspapers and enjoy drinks and light meals, which in the summer are also served on the terrace.
