Bodysgallen Hall Pimm's Luncheon Menu
Established for 26 years and renowned for its delicious cuisine and warm hospitality, Bodysgallen Hall provides all that is best in British hospitality. This spring, Head Chef Gareth Jones has created a three-course "Pimms" lunch menu. Start off with a glass of Pimm's No.1, followed by three set courses, including coffee. Following lunch enjoy a stroll around our gardens for as long as you would like, with a map and a leaflet to guide you. The price is £22.50 per person, including service and VAT (excluding Sundays).

Light cauliflower soup with a chive crème fraiche
Crab and coriander cake with a poached egg
Confit of duck with wild rocket and mango salsa
Chicken liver parfait with brioche toast

Roasted fillet of local cod with braised lentils and fennel sauce
Pan fried breast of chicken with wild mushroom butter sauce
Beef and cep pie with caramelised onion mash
Saffron and leek risotto with courgette fritters
Slow cooked local lamb with tarragon mash and glazed carrots

Iced espresso parfait with bitter chocolate sauce and biscotti wafer
Vanilla pannacotta with crushed black pepper and pineapple
Banana gallette with cinnamon ice cream
A selection of British cheese with fresh fruit and celery
