 Tuesday to Sunday - 12.30pm to 1.45pm, 7.00pm to 9.00pm

Our fine-dining restaurant is not open on a Monday for luncheon and dinner

Our Typical Daily Luncheon Menu

Green pea soup with minted crème fraiche (v)

 

Warm salad of red mullet, citrus fruits, coriander dressing

 

Seared fillet of smoked salmon, marinated fennel, gazpacho reduction

 

Terrine of smoked chicken, baby leeks, sticky red onions and toasted brioche 

 

 

 

Cod fillet with smoked bacon brandade, Conwy mussels, grain mustard

 

Rump of Welsh lamb, tarragon creamed potato, sauté morels, British asparagus

 

Butter poached chicken breast, spring pea cassoulet,

 

Bodysgallen wild garlic, parmesan gnocci Broad bean and Spring vegetable risotto  (v) 

 

 

 

White chocolate delice, raspberries, passion fruit syrup

 

Warm dark chocolate fondant, vanilla sabayon, griottines cherries

Confit of duck with rocket and orange salad



Roasted fillet of cod with a herb butter sauce

Roast sirloin of Welsh Black beef with Yorkshire pudding and roasting juices

Slow cooked belly of local pork with caramelised onions and mustard mash 

Tomato risotto with courgette fritters and fresh Parmesan

Poached corn fed chicken with lentil and coriander creams

A selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes
Green or mixed salad



Caramelised lemon tart accompanied with raspberry coulis and walnut ice cream

White chocolate and orange terrine with passion fruit syrup
