Our current Bill of Fare is priced at £43.00 per person. Prices inclusive of VAT

Hand dived scallop with lobster and mango salsa, cucumber tagliatelle
Citrus poached organic salmon, creamed watercress, pink fur apple potato, and caviar
Pressing of corn fed chicken, morels and duck liver, crushed parsnips, truffle cream dressing
Pant Ys Gawn goats cheese tian, fig and walnut pastilla, whipped sweet red wine (v)

Lemon and thyme sorbet - £3.50 extra

Seared fillet of seabass, Aberdaron crab fritter, all things fennel
Roe deer and trompette mushroom boudin, caramelised cauliflower and truffle jus
Poached fillet of Welsh beef, braised sticky short rib, soused carrot, red wine sauce
Broad bean cassoulet, parmesan gnocchi, warm salad of spring vegetables, Bodysgallen wild garlic (v)

Vegetables are carefully chosen to accompany each dish or additional vegetables are available upon request - £3.50 per portion.
Grilled fillet steak or plain grilled fish are available upon request - £5.00

The Dining Room Dress Code
Whilst many gentlemen choose to wear a jacket and tie in the restaurant in the evening it is not obligatory. We welcome gentlemen wearing smart clothes, but trainers, t-shirts, tracksuits, shorts etc are NOT acceptable .
