As is also our obligation, we care responsibly about the welfare of the less able, and offer facilities to guests with varying degrees of ability, including portable access ramps to different parts of the hotel, adapted guests’ accommodation and bathrooms; however, it was not possible to create a dedicated disabled access lavatory on the ground floor of this Grade 1 listed Hall, which dates back in part to 1250. The lavatory on the ground floor has been modified for disabled use, and is made available privately for guests of either sex who cannot manage stairs. Access ramps are available if required, and our staff are always on hand to offer assistance.
Please advise us if you are affected by any medical condition, disability, impairment or specific learning difficulty. As Bodysgallen Hall is a Grade 1 listed building, there is no lift access. For guests requiring easier access we have pleasure in providing the following:

Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs.
